100-150 a day.

Fair warning. This may offend some with 'soft' emotions.
H/T The Agitator
100-150 times a day this happens in this country.

They found enough MJ to get a misdemeanor offense but also stacked on the charge of Child endangerment.

Where, BEFORE they busted in the door and shot both dogs, was the child really in danger? Seriously?

And this is a growing factor to our lives. This "War on Drugs", "War on Terrorism" isn't really about drugs or terrorism, is it?

Think about that.

The IRS is growing positions and acquiring weapons.

All in the name of National Healthcare.

Who's health? Ours? or the Governments? I am leaning towards the latter on that note. They really don't give one Flying F#@K about the citizens of this country so long as we shut up, and keep paying.

Makes me wish I had some working claymore mines. They might have to rethink their tactics.

I don't care what the home owner may or may not be involved in. This is f@cking wrong. This has to stop and stop now.

Hi Milkorder, Thanks for stopping in.

I agree with you, This is completely against everything our founders intended at the start of this nation. IMO it more resembles something out of a brownshirt Germany or Red Russia of the same and later time periods.

Claymores, Drastic but effective and really, the first time SWAT takes a dive in cross fire from a determined homeowner, things will change. I think they do it hoping that there will be issues so they can tighten the noose through the media.

There are no claymores in my arsenal, nor any kind of fragmentary devices- but that doesn't mean I can't make them from available materials. And I've considered this numerous times in the past.
But more recently, my (admitedly goofy) thinking was to put a small sign on the door that reads, "You have just tripped a 30 second timer. Goodbye." To "enliven" the exit, I'd thought of putting a pressure activated device under a tread that would make a very audible sound.

They are amateur because the breech from only one direction, and all doors/entry points are bottlenecks. I made one heck of a mental note regarding that fact the other day when I saw this video. Be glad their training is slapdash unlike ATF/DEA types that swarm from all points time on target.

Shy: Get one of those annoying little clicker things from a holiday/party store. I am sure you could rig up something from that (even if you have to loosen up a board to do it) LOL They had better bring a change of clothes storming your place 'cause someone is gonna shit themselves.
Wyn: I noted that too. I know that most of the swat teams lack certain tactics that the 'bigboys' use. That can be a plus. On the other hand, it can be a detriment too. They are more likely to shoot first and ask questions later. The Swarm tactic is quicker and safer for those in the swarm but shows that there is still something seriously wrong with how this country has 'progressed'.

They have some things working against them:

1. They generally expect little or no resistance. So REAL resistance from someone who has trained and prepared to resist tends to ruin their plans.

2. Their tactics are not secret. Everyone who is paying ANY attentions knows how they operate in any given scenario.

3. They are as predictable as the the sunrise & sunset. Stacking up in a doorway, for eample, works great on addled druggies armed with a 9mm. But it presents a rich target environment for a clear headed individual armed with a rifle and black tipped ammo.
